Upper 1000 kVA the windings are made from tape in order to guarantee higher number of turns among the winding and permitting to homogenous dissolution of electrical field and furthermore the electrical potential. We guarantee windings with values below 5 pC. Our windings are made according to European directive 60076-11. The complete manufacturing is made in ambient and climatic class E2 and C2 and fire behaviour class F1.

We offer LV windings made from aluminium or cupper strips and insulation material in class F (155º C) or class H (180 ºC). The impregnation process is carried out in vacuum ambient by 50 mBar and permit to fill in with polyester resin every free space, in particularly the space between every single turn of transformer winding. In that way we are able to guarantee  excellent insulation and very good electro-dynamic resistance. Very modern construction of winding  has been designed in order to respect all technical and dimensional customer requirements.
